the two man apparently got into an argument, and zavier o. stringfellow was stabbed. >> the shooting happened on crawford place se. the victim has been identified as a 23-year-old. police say that he was shot in the chest and upper body. he passed moments later but the hospital. >> d.c. police are searching for the person who broke into a charter school last night. computer equipment was stolen. the next a charter school on 15th street in northwest washington. -- step charter school on 15th street in northeastnorthwest washington. >>firefighters responded to the scene. officials say the blown transformer did not affect power in the area, but cost oils to spell, some of which landed on a
